McNeill Associates was established in 1989 as a consultancy and development organisation.

The experience developed over the past 20 years has covered change and development in all sizes of business from micro businesses to multi national companies and government departments.

The main focus of effort at the present time is on micro and small businesses with under £1m turnover and looking to scale up their operation. This business group is not catered for very well under current government and european initiatives where small business is regarded as entities with at least £5m turnover.
